FIRST day of School...AGAIN!!!

Well it was that time again yesterday. It makes me so sad to see my babies grow up. Yeah, yeah, I know it is only FIRST grade but still!!! My poor husband has been walking around here like he has lost his best friend. You have to understand, they would get up in the summer, go have breakfast, get in the pool, ride their dirt bikes, go to lunch, play some more, get B off the bus, all THREE get back in the pool, have a snack, play some more......well you see what I mean right? Anyway, he is off to the big FIRST grade and stays in school all day long! I hate when they grow up....

Check out this cute family would ya? Are they precious or what? Kelley and Shawn are getting married next April and I could not be more thrilled that they chose me to shoot their wedding. Kelley actually changed her date so I could shoot it. I almost got a big head over that. But really that is just the most flattering thing to me. Kelley and I hit it off on the phone from the VERY start. I just adore her already and again just cannot wait till April. Look how cute she is here, can you just imagine how STUNNING she is going to be on her wedding day? So today I got to meet the rest of the family. Shawn is quite handsome as are Devon and Ryan!! Now those two are going to break some hearts that is for sure. Very good children too. VERY good manners and just so easy to shoot. They just eat the camera lens that is for sure. Ok, on to the preview!!! Oh yeah Kelley, don't forget about me in March while I am there at conference. I am sure we can find something to do huh?

So I was just thinking.....

Ok, so I know I totally set myself up with that title but....I was thinking about this whole "Trash the Dress" thing. I have had a few responses to a previous post about it, and am VERY excited, but then I said to myself..."self" LOL, didn't you do something kinda like this like 3 years ago? Well, lo and behold I did!!! LOL, does this mean I am the inventor of "Trash the Dress" nope, but....well you will see. But it then got me started thinking...again...I need some of my couples for later this year or next year to start thinking about their engagement sessions coming up. Who wants to go to the fair and do some stuff? I think the fair comes every October right? Who wants to go? I will ofcourse pay for yall to get in but the food is on you. Ok, maybe not, cuz who does not love fair food, but I have lots of ideas......who is up for it? Do leave me a comment here on the blog if yall are interested. Ok, on to my own "Trash the Dress" from 3 years ago.

Well, school is starting soon so we have decided to take the boys and go on our FIRST camping trip as a family. Those of you that know me knows that BIG GIRL does not camp right? LOL. Well, my precious husband (wink) bought an RV and we are headed with our best friends to Tennessee I think. LOL. To tell the truth I don't know where all we are going but I know we are going to Dolly Wood, Water Parks, Ruby Falls and....well again, I just don't know. I am along for the ride. THANK GOODNESS we have a blender in that thing, I am afraid I may be needing it. (wink) I know it will be FUN!!! Actually I am looking forward to being with my 3 boys!!!! It is not St. Thomas in a 10,000 sqaure foot villa but hey....it will be great. So if you do try to get in touch with me, no worries, I will be back on the 18th of August...well, provided this RV he bought makes it there. LOL. Are my boys CUTE or what? Oh, and I am sure I can count on my FABULOUS friends Rae and Wes www.raeleytham.com to hack in every once and awhile to let yall all know what is going on....right Rae Rae?

SENIORS RULE!!!!

These are YOUR Pine Forest High School SENIOR Cheerleaders!!!!! Are they too cute for life or what? Now most these girls I have been shooting for a few years now. It makes me VERY sad to know that I am this old to see these girls go all the way through highschool. If I am sad just think how Mrs. Smith feels!!!! They were all just precious, always have been. You Mom's raised em right, it is so nice that they are always so appreciative and very respectful. THANKS YALL!!! CONGRATS on your Sr. YEAR!!!! Make it a good one, it goes by so fast!!!!

Valerie and Aaron

Valerie and Aaron are getting married!!!! Duhhhhhhhhhhhh right? LOL. This is the most beautiful couple. I can't wait till they start having babies. LOL. Sorry Aaron. Anyway, they will be my FIRST My SpaYce wedding and I am VERY excited. Not only about the reception hall ofcourse but about this couple. They are so wonderful to work with. Valerie and I talk pretty often and just look how pretty she is? I also can't wait to shoot her bridals, they will be SUPER kewl I know. Ok, ok, ladies this is an engagement shoot so you can see Aaron is taken. Is he HOT or what? Sheeeshhhhhhhhh,I am loving this couple.

This is Jessica and Ricardo. Now I ask you, are they totally in love or what? When Ricardo looks at Jessica it is really something. He has the cutest dimples and smile and they just light up even more when looking at Jessica. Jessica amazes me everytime I see her. So, sweet, so cute and just so fun to be around, oh and SMART!!!! How is that for the perfect woman....RIGHT RICARDO? I can't wait till this wedding in October. We are going to have a blast. Now all I have to do is learn to speak spanish!!! LOL.

The man behind the "UNCLE" Patsy

So this is Eric and Rikki!! Oh man, I hope I spelled your name right girlie. LOL. They are getting married Sept. 15th in Ft. Walton. So many of you have asked "why the "UNCLE" Patsy" well, this young man started it about 22 years ago. He is 24 now but I have known him his WHOLE life. His Mom and Dad are DEAR friends of mine...hey Eric and Gina. Anyway, I have been asked to shoot their wedding and I could not be more thrilled. Eric has turned into the finest young man!! He is SMART and good looking, just like his Daddy. Awwww man, that hurt to say. Tee hee. I think he got his Mommy's (Gina) common sense though. LOL. Yall know I am kidding. Eric and Rikki are just PRECIOUS and I could not be more thrilled that yall chose me to capture such a special time. Dang..............I keep forgetting I am getting old!!!

What a sweet wedding we had yesterday. I know she is sick of hearing this but Hope married Nathan Hope. So her name is Hope Hope. I LOVE IT!!! I mean I know she is THRILLED she is Mrs. Hope but .....well you get the message right. It was a super hot day and everyone handled it very well. Thanks yall. All the way from TEXAS!!!

Well, it was a BEAUTIFUL evening in Gulf Shores!!! I had the VERY NICE pleasure of working with some of the most wonderful people I have ever met. Everyone was just FABULOUS. Christi and Josh were married at the Beach Club and it was FUN, SWEET, ROMANTIC and...well I don't even know what to say. We were made to feel just like family from the moment we met everyone. Actually Starr (brides Mommy) and I have been talking for months and I have loved every minute of it. Yall don't forget Florida is just a hour from Gulf Shores so next time yall come see me!!! We would love it!!! Thank you Christi and Josh and EVERYONE for being so great. I ofcourse could not decide on a very few so I have posted a VERY small sample of this sweet wedding.
