So the Mothers Day contest has been a BIG hit. I really had no idea so many people came to my blog!!! It truly is amazing and I just cannot thank you all enough for your fabulous stories. I may have to pick TWO winners. (wink) either way, I am MEGA excited!!! Keep them coming, I am so loving every minute of this.

What a super kewl, cute family. Yvonne and I have been planning this for months. LOL, I just love clients like this. So easy to shoot. You just point the camera at them and WAAAA LAAAA, instant pretty. Ok, so a little skill goes into it, but really, are they so sweet? Oh, and check out Troy's shoes, really kewl right? (sorry, inside joke) I don't think I even put his shoes on here, but he really, really liked them alot. LOL. Thanks yall, it was fun. See ya at the beach REALLY soon right?

Ok, so over and over again I hear..."my child is only 3 or 4 or whatever, he is not going to pose for you" I always say...GOOD!!! Kids are kids, let them be the way they want to be. I always love capturing them just like they are at whatever age. I mean, come on now, wouldn't you rather remember you children doing what they did at that age? Now don't get me wrong, I love some of the posing too but just look at this little guy....he had a blast!!! Spencer is about to be a big brother too so running around getting all the attention was just fine by me!!!

And excuse me but don't we have the most FABULOUS SUNSETS?

Always so sweet and so good to me, and their boys love me pretty good too.(wink) I assure you the feeling is mutual. Thanks for remembering me again yall. Contest!!!

Ok, so I am going to have a little Patsy Brown contest. LOL. Mothers day is fast approaching and I know that being a Mom is better than ANYTHING in the world. I am so blessed by my two boys and I thank God EVERY SINGLE DAY for them. I love them more than life!!! I mean the best things are those made right? I LOVE that stuff they bring home from school, LOVE IT!!! But more than anything I would LOVE a FABULOUS image of me, my boys and my hot husband. My dear friends Rae and Wes will do a image for me anytime I ask...I know they will, the problem is....MY KIDS AND HUSBAND hate pictures. Well, B loves them but the other two....YEAH RIGHT!!!
So on to the point right? I am taking little essays from ANYONE who wants to enter the "I want to give my Mommy a family portrait" contest. I know, I know, not such a creative name for a contest but you get the message right? Kids can write me, Daddy's can write me, friends can write me...whoever wants to write me can write me. LOL. But....I want this little essay to be totally from the heart. I want you to tell me WHY your Mommy deserves the portrait session. Tell me how fabulous your Mommy is!!! Now, you do have to do the session here in Pensacola or the surrounding areas. I can't just fly to the Bahamas on a moments notice...ok, maybe I can. (wink)

So read the next post to view the events of the day. (wink). But it was a BEAUTIFUL WEDDING!!! Sweet people who know how to have fun...no matter what happens. LOL.

I have to give a shout out once again for the FAMOUS Betty Weber Cakes and the fabulous staff at the Yacht Club...Leslie and her crew are nothing short of amazing!! Oh, and the grooms Mom did the flowers which were nothing short of FABULOUS !!

Alisha and Josh just looked so totally great and so in love!!! Again, this family is nothing short of WONDERFUL!!! Well, yall be the judge...

FULL MOON!!!

Boy, if it is all true about crazy things going on during a full moon this weekend was no exception. My precious angel (Hayden) had a run in with a truck on his scooter. He is FINE, just some road rash and a sore head. He knocked off the side mirror of a truck....can we say FREAKED OUT MOTHER? Thank God he had his helmet on. And he did look both ways....cuz we preach it all the dang time. Poor baby, he has been a nervous wreck all day long!!! We won't even go into how INSANE his Mom was...ok, still is. Thank you Amy and Todd for understanding about resheduling your session. I owe yall BIG TIME!!! And I promise I will pay up!!! THANK YOU AGAIN, for understanding. Note to Moms. Just because you live in a cul de sac does not mean CRAZY people don't fly 90 to nothing by your house. UGHHHHHHH!!!! Ok, don't get me started.
Then yesterday at my wedding one of my WONDERFUL groomsmen fell off a step and broke his foot!! Or was it his ankle? Anyway, he made it just in time for the start of the wedding but it was a WILD day!!! Thank the Lord again that my wedding party and family were so totally awesome about the day. At the end of the day Alisha and Josh were married and the wedding was just BEAUTIFUL!!! This family is just so great, I can't even tell you. They are probably sitting in one of my favorite places...CABO right now, having a nice little cocktail and talking about the crazy things of the day. Did I mention Alisha had to buy ANOTHER veil THAT DAY because hers was ripped? But again, married, happy and I am sure having a blast in Cabo!!! Man, I am so jealous right now. LOL.

So how long does a full moon last? LOL. We are all safe and sound here at the office and the home of the Browns though so all is well....

I am a tiny bit sad today...

Ok, so when I get sad, I ALWAYS look at this video. I KNOW, I KNOW, yall have seen it before, and I know yall all know I have a "special" child but really, how could this not make you feel a MILLION times better? I love this little clip with everything in me. My child is the most special thing in the world as I know all your children are. I love both my babies with every being of my body but when you have a "special" child who has met EVERY odd in the world well....just watch the video!!! God Bless you all.

Mega CUTENESS alert!!!!

Where do I start? Yet another bride from a few years ago that just keeps coming back. I just love that. The Walsh family are GREAT friends!!! I love them to pieces!!! C is going to come spend some time with me right Mom and Dad? Well, if I can get him away from Aunt Kim. Tee hee. Thanks yall, it was so FABULOUS seeing yall again. Your babies are soooooooooooo PRECIOUS!!! Smooches!!!!

Jacob and Trina are MARRIED!!!

Where in the heck to I begin? It called for rain all day yesterday but guess what? It just did not happen. It was a FABULOUS day for a FABULOUS wedding. These two and their families are simply the best!!! Sweet, fun, crazy WILD!!! Ok, I think that sums it up pretty well. Oh, I forgot.........SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE!!! I can think of one time in my career that people NEVER left the recepetion. This was the second time. LOL. And when I mean no one left I mean NO ONE LEFT!!! The dance floor was FULL all night of a lot of fun partying HAPPY people. I even got drug (is that the correct word, LOL) out on the floor a time or two. (wink) go figure right? I ADORE this couple and their families. Thank yall so much for being so wonderful.

Me!!!! YIPEEE!!!!!

Clark and Company, a FABULOUS band. That I don't think EVER took a break for like 4 hours. They kept the party going that is for sure.

And the reception was at Big Sexy Food!!! OMG, there is not enough room in the post to tell you how great that food is.

And let us not forget the cake from the one and only BETTY WEBER!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOO YUMMY AS USUAL.

The THREE stooges!!!

Ok, I hope yall don't mind me posting some personal stuff for a moment. This is my precious husband and his two best friends. Way back in the day when we met they were all roomates, you know before they got all old and married and had kids and all that. Ofcourse with them all being in the military they were spread out for a while. Two of them live REALLY close now...about a block away as a matter of fact and then one came back for a visit today. The one in the middle. So ofcourse I had to take a picture of the three of them. I only wish I had one of them way back when. Yall have no idea how wild that house they lived in was. It was like being in a house with the THREE STOOGES. Always pulling pratical jokes. You just never knew what would happen to you there. As a matter of fact they reminded me today of the time Lee handcuffed me to a tree on the coldest day of the year....cuz I DARED him too. Ok, I was also running my mouth and being a smarty pants. Go figure right? I thought I could take him. NOT!!!! Anyway, so this is Brownie (my hubby) Ratboy (Lee) and Doc (Bud) personally I think they are like wine....FINER with age!!! (wink)

Barbara and Chris are getting married!!!

These two are so VERY in love and I just love that. You can always tell when you do an engagement session how the wedding will be. FUN, relaxed and so sweet. It makes my job so easy. Barbara and Chris booked me about a year ago and we still have to wait till September for the wedding. But that is ok cuz I get to see them more and more. (wink) Thanks yall!!!

The fastest engagement session in the world!!!

This is Trina and Jacob. They are getting married THIS weekend!!! I know, I know a little late for an engagement session right? Well, some of my clients do not live here and I have to get them when I can. I met Trina and her Mom last year and today I got to meet the HANDSOME Jacob. These two are so sweet together I just cannot wait till this weekend. The wedding is going to be FABULOUS I know. Thanks yall for taking a WHOLE 10 minutes to take a few images. See yall Saturday!!!
